Yes, your film or series should be finalized and ready for distribution through Rugo Network.

3. Can Tubi Plug help finance my next project?

Yes, if you meet certain conditions, Tubi Plug may help finance future projects. Be sure to ask about this during your consultation.

4. What genres do you accept?

We work with all genres — drama, comedy, thriller, documentary, and more.

5. Do I keep the rights to my film?

Yes — you keep all rights except for exclusive distribution on Tubi, Amazon, BET, YouTube, and Peacock through Rugo Network. Everywhere else, your rights remain non-exclusive.

6. Is there a fee to submit?

No upfront fee is required. There’s no advance payment — you earn 80% of Gross Receipts from your streams handled through Rugo Network.

7. How long does it take to get approved?

Approval can take 2–4 weeks once all materials are received.

8. Can I submit a series?

Absolutely — we accept both films and episodic series for distribution through Rugo Network.

9. Do you help with marketing?

Yes, Tubi Plug and Rugo Network can use clips, titles, and other materials to promote your project and attract viewers.

10. What format should my film be in?

We require HD video files, properly mastered audio, and closed captions that meet streaming platform standards.

11. Do I get paid for streams?

Yes — you earn 80% of all Gross Receipts generated through Rugo Network’s distribution channels.

12. Can I submit a short film?

Yes, but feature-length films and series are prioritized. Shorts may be bundled or released alongside other projects.

13. What territories does Tubi Plug cover?

Your film can be distributed worldwide through Rugo Network where supported by the platforms.

14. Can I distribute my film elsewhere too?

Yes — the agreement is non-exclusive outside of Tubi, Amazon, BET, YouTube, and Peacock through Rugo Network.

15. Do you help with subtitles?

Yes — Tubi Plug may add subtitles or translations if needed, with your approval.

16. What if my film needs editing?

We can connect you with trusted post-production partners if your project needs finishing touches.

17. Do you work with international filmmakers?

Yes — as long as your project meets legal and technical requirements for streaming through Rugo Network.

18. What paperwork do I need?

You’ll sign a distribution agreement with Tubi Plug confirming you hold all rights and deliver required materials for Rugo Network distribution.

You’ll receive quarterly reports and payments from Tubi Plug, and you can audit the records with a certified auditor if needed.

Payments are made quarterly, 90 days after each reporting period, by ACH, wire, PayPal, or check (fees may apply).
